Body Conditioning: This class focuses on core strength. Incorporating the Dowd technique principals and a developing high level of body awareness and understanding.

Stretch: This class focuses on flexibility using breath and imagery to lengthen the muscles and mobalize the joints.

Progressive Contemporary Ballet:

• Barre: Focusing on healthy and functional alignment, and fluidity of movement this part of the class encourages efficient muscle patterning and development of the classical aesthetic while maintaining the core exercises of a traditional ballet class.

• Center: The center practice takes the dancer beyond physical conditioning of the body and class exercises and demands the involvement of performance, dynamic quality and core stability. The classical structure of Adage, Allegro and Turns are brought into this part of the class adding a higher level of difficulty with non-conventional uses of the body in space.

• Cross-Floor: This portion of the class adds the momentum of traveling in space, building endurance and power. Drilling exercises from jazz, ballet and modern, dancers will push their technical and athletic limits while being required to remain grounded and artistically present.
